working principle
The high-speed rotation of the special wear-resistant toothed roller causes the material to be split and fractured, forming a mechanism of high productivity. The tooth roller crusher is composed of a transmission device, a frame portion, a crushing roller, a mechanical spring device and a linkage mechanism. A wedge or washer adjustment device is arranged between the two rollers, and the top end of the wedge device is provided with an adjustment bolt. The motor and the reducer are connected by a limited-type fluid coupling to prevent power overload and sensor overload protection, which is safe and reliable.
