1. The drilling rig adopts the world's first-class hydraulic products. The hydraulic circuit of the whole machine adopts a closed (push-pull and rotary) circuit and an open (auxiliary circuit) load-sensing circuit with high efficiency.

2. The dual power system is adopted to meet the needs of different working conditions. It can flexibly realize dual or single operation, energy saving and consumption reduction. If one hydraulic system or power fails, the other system can work normally (the capacity remains unchanged, the speed is reduced slow).

3. The operating valve group adopts electric control and manual coordination, and the main control valve adopts imported American Sao valve, which has high reliability.

4. The drilling rig parameters are displayed with direct pointers and electronic instruments, so that the drilling rig pressure, torque, speed, push-pull force and other parameters are clear at a glance.

5. The power head rotation is driven by two sets of French imported double-low-speed high-torque motors, and is equipped with a two-speed stepless speed regulation function. The main shaft is floating, which is beneficial to protect the drill pipe thread.

6. The push-pull of the power head is driven by a six-motor with a reducer, and a rack-and-pinion transmission, with good stability and high efficiency.

7. Equipped with vehicle operating room, heating and cooling air-conditioning, comfortable working environment and convenient operation.

8. The distance between the caliper and the shackle clamp of the clamp and shackle is adjustable, the shackle is automatically centered, the clamp moves throughout the entire process, and the shackle is accurate, stable and reliable.
