STL type centrifugal concentrator, also known as the gold concentrator, is a centrifugal concentrator, which is suitable for the recovery of single gold and other kinds of metal ore in sand gold, pulse gold ore.High enrichment ratio and refined mineral ratio can be obtained under prolonged uninterrupted working time.The recovery rate of sarcogold can reach over 95 percent.When the grinding fineness of monomer gold in pulse gold is less than 0.074mm accounting for 65 percent, the recovery of monomer gold can reach over 98 percent.

Working principle

Centrifugal concentrator is in the gravity field, the use of the centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the conical drum to increase the forward precipitation speed of ore particles, that is, the settlement speed of dense ore particles in the centrifugal field is greater than that of light minerals, so as to strengthen the heavy separation process of ore.Equipment includes main engine and electric cabinet, water filter (excluding inverter).It is required that the solid particles in the recoil water should not exceed 0.5mm and the recoil pressure range is 0.05-0.3mpa.The particle size of the raw material is not more than 5mm, and the concentration of the raw pulp is 20-40 percent.

Product Advantage

The centrifuge concentrator is quite useful for the treatment of fine slime, with the recovery rate of 37 ~ 19 microns as high as about 90 percent. Because the separation of ore particles in the centrifuge concentrator is the combined action of centrifugal force and transverse flow film, the co-enrichment ratio is higher than that of the plane gravity chute.

Because the centrifugal concentrator USES the centrifugal force, the process of heavy separation is strengthened and the sorting time is shortened, so its processing capacity is large, which is about 10 times of the automatic chute.
