Advantages
The double eccentric shaft is used as the excitation source, the amplitude is stable, the fluidity of the rock material affected by the vibration is ensured, and the channel jamming phenomenon is reduced. Therefore, the ore drawing capacity is high and the efficiency is high; the structure is simple, there are no rotating parts and there are few wearing parts. Series vibration consumes less power and saves energy. It is adaptable to all kinds of ore rock, especially viscous ores, and can work in dusty or watery environments. It is small in size, light in weight, simple and compact, with less investment and high cost performance. Good machine continuity, adjustable excitation force; electrical control using half-wave rectifiers, can be used in automatic control of the production process, to achieve automation of the production process. The machine has low noise and can use a closed structure to prevent dust pollution.
working principle
The vibrating feeder is composed of feeding trough body, exciter, spring support and transmission device. The vibration source of the tank vibratory feeding material is the exciter. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and a gear pair. The motor drives the drive shaft through the V-belt, and the drive shaft meshes the driven shaft. Rotation, the main and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, making the tank body vibrate, making the material continuous flow, to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
