working principle
When the overflow ball mill is working, the material is loaded into the cylinder by the hollow shaft of the feed end. When the overflow ball mill rotates, the grinding body is attached to the cylinder due to the inertia and centrifugal force and the friction force. The liner is carried away by the cylinder and when it is brought to a certain height, it is thrown off by its own gravity, and the falling abrasive body smashes the material in the cylinder like a projectile. Then, the material is fed into the ball mill box evenly by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. There is a step lining plate or a corrugated lining plate in the storage device, and various steel balls are built in. The cylinder rotates to generate centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height. After falling, it will produce heavy blow and grinding effect on the material.
