Application

The spiral drill pipe is widely used for advanced detection of coal seams in coal mines, such as water detection, coal thickness detection, gas emission, and drilling of anchor bolts and cables.

Features

1. With advantages of light weight and fast connection, while removing the structure and accessories design that originally used open anti-pin and U-shaped anti-pin. Easy and quick operation of rod connection and replacement.

2. The drill rod body is made of high-pressure seamless alloy steel pipe, and the drill pipe joint is made of medium carbon alloy steel, which is formed under high pressure after vacuum quenching and heat treatment.

3. Adopting high pressure interference assembly and friction welding, the performance is firm and stable.

4. Spiral blades are made of high-resistant T-steel strips, fully welded by prestressed winding.

5. According to the actual needs of users, we can design and produce various special specifications and performance drilling tools.
