Advantages
Due to the compact structure of the equipment, the internal structure of the mixing tank is too small, dust is not easy to enter during operation, and the ash blocking plate is installed at the feed inlet of the equipment to prevent water mist from being reversed and effectively prevent the entry of debris and dust. The structure of the mixing tank is reasonable, and the stirring blade of the mixing tank is designed as a fan shape when working, so that the contact area with the medium can be large when stirring, so as to achieve even stirring of the material. Mixer barrels use advanced technology and a unique structure. So that the whole machine has the characteristics of advanced equipment, stable product quality, uniform mixing, rapid discharge and so on.
Product Structure
The grinded ore is ground or ground and then watered and the necessary chemicals are transferred into a slurry through a stirred tank. The slurry is then poured into the slurry tank that starts stirring, and air is introduced into the slurry to form a large amount of air bubbles, some of which are not easily affected by water. Wet, commonly known as hydrophobic mineral particles adhere to the bubbles and float together with the bubbles to the surface of the slurry, forming a mineralized bubble layer, and others that are easily wetted by water, commonly known as hydrophilic mineral particles. It does not adhere to the air bubbles, but stays in the pulp and discharges the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, thereby achieving the purpose of beneficiation.
