The high frequency (super audio) heating equipment adopts the principle of magnetic induction eddy current heating, and USES the current to generate a magnetic field through the coil. When the magnetic force line in the magnetic field passes through the metal material, the boiler body itself heats up at a high speed, and then reheats the material, and reaches the required temperature in a short time.

How it works

High frequency large current flows to be made around the circular or other shape of the heating coil (usually made of brass), thus to produce polarity in the coil instantaneous change strong magnetic bundle, such as the metal is heated objects placed in a coil, a magnetic beam will through the whole heated objects, in the interior of the heated object and heating current in the opposite direction, should will produce relatively large eddy current, because of the heated object inside there is resistance, will produce a lot of heat, the temperature of the object itself rapidly rising, achieve the purpose of heating or melting.
