Ceramic intermittent ball mill is a new type of energy-saving ball mill equipment developed by engineers in combination with domestic new ball mill technology. Ceramic intermittent ball mill is mainly used for mixing and grinding materials, uniform fineness of products and saving power.It can be either dry or wet ground.The machine can use different type of lining plate according to the production needs, to meet the different needs.The fineness of the grinding operation depends on the grinding time.

Working Principle

The motor drives the cylinder body to rotate through the reduction gear. When the crushed ore and steel ball inside the cylinder body are brought to a certain height by the lining plate under the action of friction and centrifugal force during the cylinder body rotation, they will drop and drop due to the action of gravity, and the ore will be gradually crushed under the impact and grinding action.The crushed ore is partly discharged out of the barrel through the discharge.After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill for further grinding through the combined feeder.The feeder continuously and uniformly feeds the ore into the ball mill through the combined feeder, and the ground material is continuously discharged from the ceramic intermittent ball mill.Ceramic intermittent ball mill is a grinding equipment that can work 24 hours a day continuously.
