Application Introduction

The equipment is a mobile gold sorter, which is suitable for heavy metal particle recovery and is a mining operation scheme for alluvial gold deposits.Feeding hopper or conveyor can be selected to adapt to working conditions and operating conditions. The equipment's heavy metal particle concentration technology can separate raw materials with different densities to meet different interest requirements. Based on our technology, new horizontal spiral conveyor belt separation, and benefiting from nearly 10 years of development experience, the system has a recovery rate of up to 98%.

Technology

Different from the traditional belt, this belt has good adhesion to gold.The gold is washed out of the sand to increase the recovery rate.Can adapt to different terrain, environment.

Feeding mode

Excavators, forklifts and conveyors can be used for feeding.Can also be customized for sand pump or dump truck feeding hopper. The hopper can be fitted with a grizzly screen to isolate the large stone waste, so as not to cause damage to the screen. The hopper can be matched with a vibrating feeder to make the ore material even and uninterrupted when entering the drum.

Mobile mode

The base of the equipment is the moving wheel of the car, which can be pulled and moved by excavators, forklifts, pickup trucks and other engineering vehicles. The base can also be customized as sleigh type or round tube type, respectively suitable for different mine terrain.
